We specialize in same-day, priority, and standard process serving for attorneys, law firms, property managers, landlords, and businesses. Founded by Raj Donald, a CA Registered Process Server experienced with all CA Judicial Council forms.
Yes. Meridian Process Service is a CA Registered Process Server, bonded in the State of California, and fully compliant with California Service Laws. All services are handled in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure.
We serve all cities throughout Los Angeles County including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Compton, Carson, Torrance, Paramount, Lakewood, Signal Hill, Bellflower, Downey, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Gardena, San Pedro, Wilmington, Lynwood, South Gate, and more. We operate 7 days a week from 8AM to 8PM. Same-day rush service is available on days we are contacted before noon. We make every effort to accommodate urgent filing deadlines.
No legitimate process server can guarantee successful service. We make up to three diligent attempts per address and document every attempt. If service cannot be completed, we provide a Declaration of Due Diligence, which your attorney can use in court to demonstrate reasonable effort was made.
Standard Service starts at $99, Priority Service starts at $149, and Same-Day Rush Service starts at $199. All plans include up to three service attempts and a Proof of Service. Add-on services are available — see our pricing page for full details.
All services require payment in advance. After you submit your order, we send an invoice for review. Service begins immediately after payment is received.
We accept Cash, Credit Card (3.5% surcharge applies), Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Pricing includes up to 20 pages per order. Additional pages beyond 20 are billed at $0.25 per page. Additional fees may also apply for improperly formatted documents.
Email your documents in PDF format to equitybms@yahoo.com. Include the service address, name of person/entity to be served, a physical description of the subject, case number, any gate codes or special instructions, and the best times for service.
All service tiers include up to three attempts per address. Service is performed 7 days a week between 8AM and 8PM. We vary times and days of attempts to maximize the chance of successful service.
Yes — you will receive a status update via email or text after every service attempt. You'll always know exactly where your case stands without having to follow up.
A Skip Trace is a research service to locate a current address for a subject when their known address is bad or they have moved. We use professional research techniques to surface current location data. Skip Trace is available for a flat rate of $100.
All documents must be emailed in PDF format. Documents must be complete, signed, and court-ready before submission. We cannot serve incomplete or unsigned documents.
No. Each order must contain one case number and one individual or business per address. Multiple documents for the same case should NOT be combined into a single PDF file. Please submit separate orders for separate cases.
We serve a wide range of legal documents including: Summons & Complaints, Unlawful Detainers, 3/30/60-Day Notices, Subpoenas, Restraining Orders, Divorce & Family Law documents, Child Custody & Support papers, Wage Garnishments, Writs, Small Claims, Deposition Notices, and Civil Harassment documents.
Proof of Service documentation is delivered the same day (within hours) of successful service completion. If service is unsuccessful, a Declaration of Due Diligence is promptly provided.
Yes. All documentation is court-ready and prepared in full compliance with California law. It is the client's responsibility to file documents with the court unless you have also ordered our e-file service.
Yes. Court e-file of the Proof of Service is available as an add-on for $49. This can save you significant time when working on tight court filing deadlines.
Once a service attempt has been made, no refunds will be issued — regardless of the outcome. Fees are non-refundable once service attempts begin. Orders canceled before any service attempts are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
If all attempts are unsuccessful, we provide a Declaration of Due Diligence documenting all attempts made. This is a legally recognized document your attorney can file with the court. No refund is issued as the service (diligent attempts) was performed.
